The master's program in international law with dissertation has a dual objective. On the one hand, you deepen your knowledge in a stimulating environment that combines both theory and practice. On the other hand, this cutting-edge training allows you to design and implement a research project in a specific field by writing a dissertation.

The development of research and the completion of a dissertation constitute an important component of the program. You are expected to work closely with the person who directs your research program; Moreover, it is you who choose your director from among the specialists in the field.

Globalization is a now omnipresent set of interrelated phenomena. Governments, public organizations, businesses and individuals are increasingly challenged by the increase in cross-border exchanges of goods, services, capital, people and ideas. Intra-state conflicts and humanitarian crises are increasing, as are interventions by international organizations. The result is an exponential growth in the rules of public international law in the most diverse areas.

At the same time, transnational rules are developed independently of States and the international organizations that they control, in order to meet the growing needs of international trade actors.
