Conditions specific to this program
To be eligible as a regular student for the master's degree in computer science, the candidate must:
meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI of the Educational Regulations) for graduate and postdoctoral studies
hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, or a diploma that adequately prepares them for the studies they want to undertake or provide proof of training deemed equivalent
have obtained, in the 1st cycle, an average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 (or the equivalent) or the average required by the original university for admission to a 2nd cycle program, if it is higher
have already completed a minimum of 40 university course credits (or the equivalent) in computer science and mathematics, including courses in calculus, linear algebra, probability and statistics, data structures and algorithms; Otherwise, the Department may impose preparatory courses and complementary courses.
The DESS student in machine learning who has completed at least 2 courses while maintaining an average of at least 3.3 out of 4.3 can submit an application for admission to the master's degree.
