This in-depth fundamental research program allows you to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in major sectors of law. Writing the thesis aims to develop your ability to design and implement a large-scale research project that makes an original contribution to the development of the legal discipline.

This program aims to train lawyers who will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Have knowledge of the fundamental elements specific to different areas of law
  • Develop an integrated approach to legal problems and their solutions
  • Master the skills specific to the legal method (proceed with the legal qualification of concrete situations; identify, consult and update documentation; master oral and written argumentative discourse)
  • Be autonomous and able to adapt to changes and become an agent of your own continuing legal education
  • Be able to identify the relationships between law and society and integrate them into the legal conflict resolution process
  • Adopt a critical approach that takes into account the plurality of conceptual approaches in law and on law
  • Be aware of one's social responsibilities, as an intellectual and professional, respect ethics compatible with them, and be aware of extrajudicial methods of conflict resolution
