Undergraduate Doctorate in Optometry (OD)

The School of Optometry welcomes 46 new students each year who will become the front-line health professionals of eye and visual care in Quebec.

The program is based on a solid scientific training and on the use of advanced technology by promoting the development of the personal qualities of the students:

• professionalism,
• integrity,
• ethics,
• open-mindedness,
• sense of responsibility.

At the end of the study program, the optometrist can turn to practice or pursue graduate and postgraduate studies in vision sciences.
