You'll learn to develop and analyse performance, cost, and profitability metrics, enabling you to identify and solve strategic and operational challenges across private companies, public organisations, municipalities, and hospitals.

The programme teaches you to design and implement incentive systems, budgeting, and performance management tools to guide departments, teams, and individuals towards effective decision-making and value creation. Additionally, you'll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP and business intelligence software such as Power BI.

The MAC programme has strong company partnerships, collaborating with top consulting firms, manufacturers, and retailers. This ensures a rich combination of theory and practice through internships, projects, guest lectures, and networking events, aligning your education with real-world business needs.
