The Work-Integrated Master’s degree in Bioinformatics at Aarhus University lets you study part-time while working part-time in a company or organisation. You apply your academic learning directly in practice and graduate after four years with both strong work experience and a high-quality degree. 

Bioinformatics combines biology, statistics, and computer science to analyse large biological and biomedical datasets. Throughout the programme, you strengthen your skills in programming, statistical modelling, data science, and biological interpretation. 

The programme is based at the Bioinformatics Research Centre (BiRC), known for expertise in molecular evolution, population genetics, and computational methods. You learn in an informal, collaborative research environment with an active study community.
