The program aims to prepare administrative graduates well-versed in the details and requirements of public service that serve the needs of the community and keep pace with the knowledge changes at home and abroad. This is achieved through:

1. Improving strategic, organizational, and leadership performance within state institutions by developing the scientific and research level in the field of public administration to increase development rates.

2. Providing advice on general administrative problems, documenting cultural ties in the field of public administration by expanding knowledge partnerships at home and abroad, exchanging experiences and experiments to enhance intellectual, technical, and knowledge skills.

3. Enhancing the orientation towards building an organizational culture based on conscious strategic thinking with ethical work considerations stemming from religious values, national interests, and citizen welfare.

Program Objectives:

1. This department trains, develops, and prepares specialized human resources to work efficiently and professionally in the government sector, equipped with scientific and practical preparation to achieve the highest rate of human development. This is based on optimal interaction between management and employees, utilizing available material, informational, and financial resources optimally, coupled with a human climate that achieves the state's general strategic goals.

2. The Department of Political Science, by including this branch, aims to be a leader in the central region of Libya by excelling in raising the competence and effectiveness of human resources through "training and development" for experts, technicians, and graduate students heading to the job market. It also aims to solve administrative problems facing public institutions in the country to drive the national economy towards development, growth, and increased effectiveness of productive and service capacities.

3. Commitment to developing the department is a national duty and a scientific requirement. Through it, we seek to balance the capabilities of neighboring countries and the ambition towards global standards in providing services and achievements.
