Department of Sharia and the Law

The department was established in 2001. The program has 174 units, 73 courses, and a minimum of 8 semesters of study for graduation, 20 batches of students have been enrolled in the program and 629 alumni.

Sharia and the Law are among the most important disciplines that can benefit students in life. An important reference for all matters. Since its inception, the Sharia and Law Department of the Faculty of Sharia Sciences has distinguished itself by teaching and learning in jurisprudence and legal studies; and scientific research and partnership building with society's institutions to disseminate and apply legal and legitimate culture.   Innovative curricula are designed to meet labour market needs and prepare graduates to complete their scientific and educational careers.

Program objectives:

Provide legal and legal education for our university level that is suited to the requirements of the labour market and its successes in the fields of sharia and law.

provide the judiciary and all state institutions with qualified personnel in sharia and law, prepare a generation of graduates qualified with distinct knowledge and research skills to advance legitimate and legal work in the backdrop of domestic and international issues, and pay attention to organizing conferences, seminars and seminars in the field of comparative studies.

Recruiters:

·                      Judicial authorities to become members of a judicial body after admission to the Judicial Institute.

·                      Public Prosecutor's Offices to act as procurator after passing the training period.

·                      Lawyers to appeal to the courts at various levels and the Supreme Court.

·                      Work as a contract editor and official notary after passing the training period.

·                      Legal consultation in various fields.

·                      Recruitment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after admission to the Diplomatic Institute.

·                      Work in the faculties of law, sharia and law as a restorer after passing the trade exam.

·                      Completion of the educational career to become a faculty member of a faculty of sharia and law after completing postgraduate studies and obtaining a master's degree in law or sharia law.

·                      Teaching in intermediate education.

·                      The certificate granted to him may be used to adjust the rank to those of the Ministry of the Interior, such as centres, disciplinary bodies, rehabilitation institutions and others. Work on advocacy and the dissemination of Islam in the countries of the world.
