The department was established in 2013. The program has 148 units, 65 courses, and a minimum of 8 semesters of study for graduation, 10 batches of students have been enrolled in the program and 171 alumni.
This is one of the departments of the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Alasmarya Islamic University, where it is concerned with the legal education of the university with the aim of preparing competent graduates.
The program gives graduates a degree (Bachelor's Degree) through the study of eight classrooms; it is concerned with the dissemination of legal awareness among members of society and the preparation of specialists. Graduates are qualified to be distinguished cadres in the field of teaching, advisory, girls and sharia departments in public and private bodies, institutions, companies and sectors in the State.
Program objectives:
1. Providing students with knowledge assets in sharia sciences.
Students' qualification for legitimate skills
3. Develop students' abilities to think well creatively and prepare them to enter the fields of postgraduate studies.
4. Preparation of qualified legitimates to carry out legitimate tasks and actions so that they can contribute to Libya's development.
5. Organizing seminars, workshops and conferences
Recruiters:
· Work at a college as a receptionist after passing the entrance exam.
· Work in the field of teaching, advisory services and legal departments in the State's public and private bodies, institutions, companies and sectors.
