Admission criteria
The quantitative scales applied for the assessment of applications for admission and enrollment in the Doctoral Program in Cultural Heritage Protection by UVigo, USC and UDC in the 2019-2020 academic year will be as follows:
1. Letters of guarantee (up to 50 points)
- Letter of endorsement from the director, with express commitment to assume the direction of the thesis: 50 points
- Letter of endorsement from a person of prestige in the professional or academic field in the sector: 1 point per letter (maximum 5 points)
2. Academic transcript of the degrees that give access (up to 30 points)
- Outstanding / MH (grade ≥ 9): 30 points
- Notable (7 ≤ note <9): 20 points
- Passed (5
If there are two degrees (degree and master's degree), it is averaged. The DEA grade does not count. If no transcript is submitted, it will be valued at 0 points.
3. Curriculum vitae (always suitable for the heritage) (up to 20 points)
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
