This is an interuniversity degree developed jointly by the three Galician universities (UVigo, USC and UDC) that share the need to promote a new master's degree in circular economy, in accordance with the analysis carried out by the project "Galicia 2030: professional profiles of the future and new degrees and specializations".

The main objective of this degree is to train people who can develop activities in the field of sustainability and the circular economy in various organizations, whether public or private, commercial or social enterprises, NGOs or other organizations that promote production and consumption based on sustainable models.

Admission Requirements

Access and admission

The admission criteria will be based on the following aspects:

  • Academic record: 70%. The scale will be based on the average grade of the academic record.
  • Contextualized professional experience in the field of circular economy: 10%, considering seniority and position level, supported by reference letters or certifications from professional and business leaders.
  • Complementary training: 20%, of which 10% for university bachelor's or master's degrees, additional to those that give access to the program, directly related to the degree; 5% for non-official degrees directly related to the degree; and 5% for languages, particularly English (minimum MECES level B2).


The academic record will have a maximum weight of 70% of the total and other merits a maximum weight of 30% (including a personal interview if deemed relevant).
