This Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources aims to provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary training in the socio-labour field in order to design and implement human resources strategies, policies, and intervention in the labour market, as well as to participate in communication in various fields of action such as labour consultancy, personnel management and direction, etc.

  • Consultancy: company consultancy and labour consultancy, arbitration and negotiation consultancy, collective agreement consultancy, consultancy for assessing working conditions, tax and accounting consultancy, retirement, pensions, unemployment, health and safety at work.
  • Prevention of occupational risks: control and prevention in terms of safety and hygiene at work, control of safety measures in the company, collaboration with company medical services.
  • Representation and mediation in worker/employer, administrative and judicial conflicts.
  • Management: management and organisation of personnel departments, management of institutions, associations, companies; management of issues related to recruitment, management of social security benefits.
