This master's degree provides students with management training linked to their basic training, highlighting the role of the project manager in project management. The training content covers the areas of knowledge recognized by the main leading international organizations in this field: the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), among others.

It is aimed at professionals linked to the field of construction and territorial development in general, information systems and new technologies, as well as leisure and sports who want to acquire management training linked to their university degree, highlighting the figure of the project manager. The objective is to train professionals capable of advising organizations in project management and direction, thus enhancing the role of the project manager (the first interuniversity master's degree in the Galician university system, which also has a wide trajectory). It currently offers three specializations: construction and territorial development, information systems and leisure and sports. In any case, it is an interdisciplinary program open to all graduates and applicable to any business/professional sector (field of knowledge: interdisciplinary).

Admission Requirements

Access and admission

Have one of the following qualifications depending on the specialty you want to study:

  • Building and territorial development: technical architect, technical engineer, architect, senior engineer
  • Leisure and sports: Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Physics: graduate in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport
  • Information systems: technical engineer, senior engineer


It will be evaluated preferentially following the order of the sections:

  • Academic record (1-4)
  • Professional experience related to the specialty to be studied (0-1)


Note: In the case of equal grades, the order of pre-registration for the master's degree will be taken into account. If necessary, the academic committee may conduct a personal interview.
