The training of the Degree in Engineering in Industrial Organization at the University of Vigo aims to provide graduates with the knowledge, techniques, skills and attitudes typical of the profession, and to enable them to organize production systems, improve them and manage the resources involved in industrial and service activities in a rational and sustainable way. One of the main characteristics of the Degree in Engineering in Industrial Organization, due to the combination of technological and organizational and management contents that are developed in it, is the versatility to successfully face very diverse situations that graduates may encounter throughout their professional career.
In developed societies, activities related to the organization and management of resources are a basic aspect for the competitiveness of companies, having a very important impact on the generation of value and, consequently, on productivity. It could be said that the degree of graduate in Industrial Organization Engineering has as its general objective the training of professionals capable of responding to the real needs of society in the field of organization and management of companies which, in the broadest sense, covers institutional companies, service companies and institutions in general, all this in harmony with all the business, economic agents... with whom they interact in the exercise of the profession within society.

Admission Requirements
If you want to start a degree, in addition to meeting the requirements set out in Royal Decree 534/2024 establishing the basic regulations for admission procedures to official university degree courses, you must apply for a place. Please note that there are degrees that have specific requirements or selection criteria and others that require you to prove a level of proficiency in English before completing the Final Degree Project.
