Our objective is to train professionals capable of adapting to the new challenges posed by the current economic context, which forces companies to act under the pressure of growing competitive demands, in an uncertain work environment, whose only constant is change and the continuous obsolescence of the knowledge we acquire.
SMEs, the true engine of the economy, cannot remain oblivious to this environment and that is precisely the objective of this master's degree. We focus on helping their current and future managers improve their skills, develop attitudes such as initiative, teamwork and critical thinking, and acquire the essential tools to successfully manage the complex business landscape. We cover critical aspects such as the application of technology in business processes, decision-making, leadership and innovation, among others. This allows our students to navigate with ease in today's constantly changing business world.
