This degree trains university specialists in both the organization of the company and the world in which companies operate. Traditionally, business administration arose from personal intuition and family experience transmitted from generation to generation, but with the globalized and changing world in which we live, it is necessary for future professionals to specialize in science, thus professionalizing actions in the company environment and carrying out applied research.
The four-year degree in Business Administration and Management will provide, on the one hand, extensive knowledge about the different functional areas of companies, thus delving into their management, their interrelationships, their importance and their functions. In addition, students will be able to gain a general vision of the company, as well as the management of resources, processes and results with the aim of generating wealth and added value, thanks to tutored learning, teamwork and independent study.
Likewise, they will be able to develop their ability to apply and express their own point of view when analyzing the economic context and business behavior. And finally, they will learn to manage uncertainty and complexity, to explore alternative solutions, to be critical and to integrate both theory and practice in a wide range of situations.

Admission Requirements
If you want to start a degree, in addition to meeting the requirements set out in Royal Decree 534/2024 establishing the basic regulations for admission procedures to official university degree courses, you must apply for a place. Please note that there are degrees that have specific requirements or selection criteria and others that require you to prove a level of proficiency in English before completing the Final Degree Project.
