The program aims to provide students with comprehensive, interdisciplinary learning and training in international relations, with particular focus on international agents and issues related to the challenges of fulfilling UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), cooperation for development, the role of large multinationals, and the management of public and private development plans and projects.

The scope of the study of international relations within this globalised context encompasses questions of intercontinental politics, global economy, international public and private law, cross-border market relations, the movement of people and resources, and the environmental impact of human activity, among many others, at both a micro and a macro level.

These challenges require trained professionals with the ability to understand and interpret the societies in which we live, in order to make sense of international relations across different areas (politics, business, law, history, etc.) and defend key values, such as justice, solidarity, democracy and human rights.
