This Master's Degree in Labour Management and Direction aims to prepare high-level professionals for the management of the company's human resources, social and labour mediation and auditing, and everything related to social security. The aim is to improve the professionalism of students in degrees related to labour relations.

The Master's Degree in Labour Management and Direction will increase the economic background of people coming from the degree with a multidisciplinary programme in which they will have to face the subjects corresponding to the field of labour relations.
