The PhD program in Educational Leadership is the only program offered in Jordanian universities, and it has come from the modern global trends in the era of the knowledge economy, information and communication technology, and the rapid change in various fields of life, in order to improve management practices to reach the level of leadership practices based on creativity and influence in subordinates.
