         A globally distinguished program in the field of knowledge society management, organization, and preparation of specialized human resources in the field of law and legal research.  
Program message:
  Through this program, the Faculty of Law seeks to provide a distinguished educational and learning environment for its students and adopt a research program to produce and disseminate theoretical and applied knowledge, and to contribute effectively to building a culture of lifelong learning and improving the standard of living in local, regional and global communities, in order to prepare qualified human resources with all the skills, competencies and specialized knowledge in the field of law that are necessary to work in the legal profession, the judiciary, development centers and the dissemination of legal culture and the provision of legal advice.  
Program Objectives
  1.      Transferring legal knowledge through education, initial learning and continuing education to the target groups in accordance with specific international standards concerned with quality, educational technology and the actual practice of the legal profession based on local, regional and international data.

2.         Increased scientific research, both cognitive and qualitative, within the framework of various legal knowledge fields.

3.         Creating a competitive environment among college students in different legal fields through motivation and encouragement.

4.      Creating a student capable of properly utilizing legal information.

5.      Creating a student capable of thinking and expressing themselves in a legal manner through the use of interactive teaching techniques.

6.      Maintaining the college's leading role among law faculties in Jordanian universities.

7.         To achieve a leading position among top law schools in the global ranking.

8.         Focus on deepening spiritual and moral principles and values ​​in accordance with the state's constitutional religion.

9.         The focus is on the necessity of tolerance and acceptance of other ideas and thoughts in accordance with the spirit of the constitution and the Amman message.

Admission Requirements

The student must have obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate, or its equivalent,   with a grade of no less than 65%, and after fulfilling all stages of certification.

To enroll at the University of Jordan, you need to meet the minimum required GPA for the General Secondary Education Certificate; The required GPA is 55 %

Required documents: 

To start the admission process, you first need:   ​
1.  A copy of the passport.

2.  For international students who hold a Jordanian high school certificate (i.e. Tawjehi), you need to provide your Transcript certified from the Jordanian Ministry of Education. 2.1 For International students with a Saudi certificate, you need to get an equivalency from the Ministry of Education in Jordan ( after 2016).

2.2 For international students holding Arabic certificates, you need to have your certificate certified by the Ministry of Education in Jordan.

3.2. For international students holding an international certificate from Jordan (e.g. I.B., SAT, I.G.C.E​, etc.​.), you need to start the equivalency process at the Jordanian Ministry of education (https://apps.moe.gov.jo/apps/certificate/).  

4.2. For international students holding an international certificate (e.g. I.B., SAT, I.G.C.E., etc.​.),​​ from Arab countries,  you need to start the equivalency process at the Jordanian  Ministry of education (https://apps.moe.gov.jo/apps/certificate/) or at the Ministry of education in your country showing the average and the branch. 

5.2.  For international students holding an international certificate (e.g. I.B., SAT, I.G.C.E., etc..), from non-Arab countries, you need to start the equivalency process at the Jordanian Ministry of education​ (https://apps.moe.gov.jo/apps/certificate/).

(Important note: If a student is unable to provide the university with the equivalency of the certificate before arriving to Jordan, they can do this process during the first semester).
