The M.Sc. Program in communications was started in fall semester 1982 in response to the National and Regional needs and as a consequence of the Modernity of the B.Sc. Program.

 

Vision statements of the program:


Excellence in teaching and research in the field of electrical communications at the local, regional and international levels.

 

 

Mission statements of the program:


The program aims to build a study plan containing basic courses and modern courses so that the program branch has the skills and ethics to develop communication systems in addition to solving problems in a professional manner.

·         To graduate students with high specializations in power system.


·         Introduce new topics which have local needs such as renewable energy.


·         Strengthen ties with local industry.

Entrance Requirements:   B.Sc. in electrical engineering and according to university regulations.


Required Scores of English Language Tests

Please note that applicants who have graduated from an English-speaking country are exempt from the English exam requirement.

Required Documents:

After checking your eligibility for the program, your electronic application at the next step must include the following documents compiled into a single PDF file (with a size of less than 6 MB):


1.  A copy of the General Secondary Certificate (high school or Tawjihi).

2.  A copy of the bachelor's degree certificate is required for master's students. For doctoral students, a copy of the master's degree certificate with a rating of at least 'Good' is required.

3.  Transcripts for all academic years of the bachelor's degree for master's students, and transcripts for all academic years of both the bachelor's and master's degree for doctoral students.

4. The grading system used by the student's university (for graduates of non-Jordanian universities).

5. A personal photograph.

6.  A copy of the passport.
