About the program and its main topics
The establishment of the Doctorate in Fundamentals of Education program came with the aim of preparing high-level academic cadres capable of carrying sound educational thought and directing it towards the development of educational systems in the Jordanian and Arab arenas. Since its inception, this program has undergone many evaluation and development programs until it has now become one of the best Arab educational programs, as it is characterized by its endeavor to qualify and train learners to become researchers capable of producing new and creative knowledge in the field of the fundamentals of education and applying it in a way that serves both human beings and society.

A specialized and distinguished scientific program academically, educationally, and research in the fields of philosophical, social, cultural, psychological, educational, and economic education.
Program Mission
Providing specialized scientific knowledge in the fields of philosophical, social, cultural, psychological, educational and economic education that enables learners to practice leadership and creativity in employing it to develop educational work and face the problems it faces.
Program Objectives
1. The program aims to graduate world-class educational specialists from both academic and applied aspects.
2. Developing the educational thought of the students enrolled in the program.
3. Enhancing the capacity of the program participants to develop new perceptions of education in the future.
4. Developing the self-skills of the students in the program to find solutions to the problems and issues of contemporary education.
5. Finding educators who are able to exercise their roles effectively.
6. Transferring the scientific research in the program to the world.
7. Contributing to the development of local, Arab and international educational systems.
8. Strengthen partnership with local community institutions.

Admission Requirements
This plan is in accordance with the instructions of the graduate programs in force at the University of Jordan.
Accepted Majors:
First Priority: Master's in Fundamentals of Education.
Second Priority: Master's degree in any branch of knowledge.
Admission Policies:
A third admission policy will be adopted.
Second: Special Conditions:
Those accepted from the second priority study remedial materials determined by the department.
As for passing and failing, the instructions and policy of the university in force in this regard will be applied.
Required Scores of English Language Tests
Please note that applicants who have graduated from an English-speaking country are exempt from the English exam requirement.
