To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.0 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:

Accepted diploma: Baccalaureate, Bachelor; duration of 3 years, or another undergraduate degree deemed equivalent.

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular student in the MA in Educational Sciences program, the candidate must:

  • Meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies;
  • Hold an undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Education, or another undergraduate degree that adequately prepares for the studies they wish to undertake, or provide evidence of training deemed equivalent;
  • Have obtained, in the 1st cycle, an average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or the equivalent.
