The master's program focuses primarily on technical, methodological and legal training for future food chemists. Graduates are able to independently and creatively solve food-chemical problems and also to deal with and evaluate new problems in a technically competent manner. Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food chemistry from the University of Hamburg or a comparable course
- In special cases, admission is also possible with a different bachelor's degree and achievements related to food chemistry (e.g. professional experience).
- knowledge of English
