Human learning, behavior and actions are the three major scientific fields of psychology. The six-semester bachelor's program provides students with the specialist knowledge required for professional practice and the ability to overview the central research results of the subject and to apply basic scientific methods and findings in an exemplary manner. During the course, an insight into the basics of the methodology as well as into individual areas of psychology, such as bio, social and developmental psychology, is made possible.

After completing their studies, graduates can observe and analyze the behavior of individuals or groups and use the results of their investigations for psychological treatment or counseling. The bachelor’s degree in psychology can also be chosen as a minor (here as a BA), and part-time studies are also possible.
