- a first professionally qualifying university degree in a bachelor's degree in social economics (BA) from the University of Hamburg or in a comparable interdisciplinary socio-economic degree or in business administration, political science, law, social sciences, sociology, economics or economics, in exceptional cases also degrees in other courses on which the MA builds meaningfully can
