This programme aims to train professionals capable of generating, managing, implementing and evaluating social innovation projects as a means to help solve social problems and improve well-being through the development of managerial and organizational management skills, from a scientific perspective, with values ethical and proactive attitude, of solidarity and responsibility towards the most vulnerable.


The specific objectives of this master's degree are:

  • Train professionals who, through a systemic and critical perspective, are sensitive to social problems and needs, contributing to their resolution through the incorporation of elements that favor individual and collective well-being.
  • Train managers who, from organizations, are capable of making pertinent diagnoses that allow identifying and characterizing social problems with a comprehensive approach, based on which to support social innovation projects.
  • Develop professionals who, from an inter, multi and trans, and intra disciplinary perspective, have the knowledge and skills necessary for the design, planning, operation and evaluation of projects that, from organizations, favor social innovation and well-being management .
  • Prepare professionals specialized in the creation and management of social innovation projects that favor the development of public policies from a systemic perspective, taking into account the social and economic development of the organizations in which they operate.
  • Train competent professionals to create, consolidate and manage self-sustaining social organizations.
  • Train competent professionals in the application of national and international legal frameworks of organizations, as well as the processes for safeguarding economic, copyright and intellectual property rights in accordance with their areas of influence. 
  • Train professionals with a high level of skills in social innovation and organizational management who contribute to promoting and improving creative capacity in their areas of influence.
  • Train competent professionals to systematize experiences of social innovation through the use of relevant tools and methods.
