General objective. To train professional researchers with social responsibility, human and academic quality to promote educational processes for the human development of people, groups and organizations from a transdisciplinary and intercultural perspective.
Specific objectives
- To train professionals with a comprehensive vision of the person with innovative, creative, competitive, and effective strategies for obtaining, facilitating, designing, applying, and evaluating transdisciplinary strategic projects.

Admission Requirements
- Possess a degree, or a degree certificate and proof of completion of social service, in related areas of social sciences, humanities, agriculture, administration; at the discretion of the Academic Board.
- Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty with an original certificate or equivalent document from previous studies, as applicable.
- Demonstrate a minimum level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in English or its equivalent.
- Statement of reasons.
- Submit two letters of recommendation from academics and/or researchers of recognized prestige.
- Pass the exam on the conceptual and methodological analysis of scientific texts.
- Obtain a favorable opinion in the interview conducted by the Academic Board.
- Take the CENEVAL EXANI-III exam and obtain at least 900 points.
- Students with studies completed abroad must submit the documents apostilled or legalized as appropriate, along with the corresponding translation.
- Letter of commitment to full-time dedication.
- Cover the corresponding fees.
- Those additional ones that are established in the corresponding call for applications.
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
