This postgraduate educational program is based on a conception of the e-government specialist as a manager with a social vision, knowledgeable about the legal framework and public policies of our country, the functioning of the administration with a process-oriented approach, and best practices in the use of methodologies and Information and Communication Technologies. Therefore, graduates will have the foundation to perform as public servants capable of leading organizations that guide public policies and services in electronic media.

Admission Requirements
- A simple copy of a bachelor's degree or graduation certificate in the fields of law, computer engineering, computer science, political science, sociology, administration, marketing or economics; as well as those cases in which the Academic Board of the program determines it.
- Original birth certificate.
- Letter of intent explaining the reasons for taking the program.
- Submit a summary of your curriculum vitae.
- Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty, with an original bachelor's degree certificate.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading comprehension of the English language.
- Accredit the preparatory course.
- Interview with a member of the Academic Board.
- Those additional ones established by the call for applications.
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
