General objective:
To foster in students the capacity to strengthen their professional development and training in the field of law. The purpose is for them to be able to address socially relevant problems arising from the legal relationship with the public and private sectors. Likewise, the focus will be on the relationship between law and justice to contribute to the harmonious development of Jalisco society and Mexico in general.

- The student will develop academic projects that allow them to interpret and understand problems related to the lines of generation and application of knowledge of the educational program.
Admission Requirements
- Have a degree or graduation certificate for a Bachelor of Laws or Lawyer and proof of completion of social service for the degree.
- Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty in undergraduate studies.
- Submit a letter of intent explaining your reasons for enrolling in the program.
- Sign a letter of commitment stating the availability of time necessary to complete postgraduate studies.
- Pass the preparatory course.
- Take an exam before a national body that certifies your aptitude and knowledge to be able to pursue postgraduate studies (the EXANI III of CENEVAL).
- Hold an interview with professors of the Master's in Law program to explain the reasons for entering the program.
- To support an oral exam in order to analyze, reason and present a solution to a practical case.
- Take and pass a foreign language reading comprehension exam.
- Those additional ones established by the call for applications.
