Artificial intelligence helps us create and improve jobs, enhance healthcare systems, revolutionize agriculture, and improve people's quality of life. With recent advances in robotics and artificial intelligence, it is becoming increasingly present in our physical environment. Artificial intelligence has been present in industry since at least the 1980s, solving everything from complex mathematical problems to control and monitoring. Its contributions are particularly noteworthy in rapidly growing areas such as government, security, energy, and natural resource management.

The Master of Science in Robotics and Computational Intelligence program offers a relevant training option that addresses current needs in both the social and scientific spheres. This program provides applicants with the opportunity to receive training to meet the needs and challenges of the modern world, specifically regarding the development and application of robotics and artificial intelligence tools aimed at solving diverse problems such as cyber-physical issues, robot-in-complex-environment interaction, route optimization for robotic vehicles, image analysis in industrial processes, surveillance, and medical applications, among others.
