The Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (MPC) belongs to the Department of Mental Health Clinics of the University of Guadalajara, and its purpose is to train specialized professionals, capable of generating, proposing and applying clinical knowledge in the area of psychology in conjunction with the public, private and social sectors, which promote effective solutions by developing the ability to make clinical diagnoses and psychotherapeutic treatments in the problems that affect the mental health of individuals, families, groups and institutions in different sociocultural contexts based on a particular approach and methods.
Our vision is to be among the top-ranked postgraduate programs in Clinical Psychology in the country, whose graduates are distinguished by their ability to treat and resolve problems associated with mental health. We aspire to be a postgraduate program recognized for its quality at the national and international levels, linked to various institutions of care and research in clinical psychology and mental health at the local, national, and international levels.

Admission Requirements
In addition to those stipulated by current university regulations, the following are required:
- Bachelor's degree title or graduation certificate and proof of completion of the social service for the Bachelor's degree, in Psychology.
- Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty with an original certificate or equivalent document from previous studies.
- Have knowledge of English assessed according to the Common European Framework of Reference, at least at level B1 or its equivalent TOEFL 460 points.
- Letter of intent explaining the reasons for taking the program.
- Certificate attesting to professional experience in Clinical Psychology.
- Two letters of recommendation, issued by personnel from the academic or professional field.
- Present a pre-intervention project that links your previous training with the lines of knowledge in accordance with the master's program.
- Accreditation of the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination (EXANI III) with a result of at least 80% success in the areas of mathematical thinking, analytical thinking, language structure, reading comprehension (Spanish) and project methodology.
- Register in SIIAU and pay the corresponding fees.
- Approve the other requirements published in the respective call for applications.
