In an academic environment where scientific advancements, the common good, and pedagogical approaches converge, we present the Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sport (MEFD) as a professional training program that serves as a bridge between different disciplines associated with the health sciences, education, and sport. Leveraging this complementarity, the MEFD aims to develop students' integrated professional competencies, enabling them to work individually and collectively in diverse professional contexts and to implement research and educational intervention projects.
The MEFD Master's program is a full-time, classroom-based program that spans four semesters, with at least a quarter of the training taking place in real-world practice settings. Furthermore, the MEFD promotes academic mobility for its students and fosters connections with relevant sectors of society and the profession.
The MEFD is a program that, as part of the University of Guadalajara and the University Center for Health Sciences, has a commitment to society and, therefore, implements retribution programs in different contexts and populations.

Admission Requirements
In addition to those stipulated by current university regulations, the following are required:
- Applicants must hold a degree or diploma in a field related to physical culture and sports. Graduates from other degree programs who demonstrate professional experience in the area, as determined by the Academic Board, may also apply.
- Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty, with an original certificate or equivalent document, from previous studies.
- Submit a letter explaining your reasons for enrolling in the program.
- Proof of reading comprehension in a foreign language, preferably English, with a level BI of the Common European Framework or its equivalent.
- Pass the preparatory course.
- Conduct the interview with members of the program's Academic Board.
- Register in SIIAU and pay the corresponding fees.
- Foreign applicants to the master's program, in addition to being evaluated by the Academic Board, must meet the academic and institutional requirements established in the applicable regulations.
- Those established by the call for applications.
