The Master's Degree in Innovation Development and Management trains professionals in the development and implementation of innovation projects that bring about a positive change in scientific, commercial and industrial competitiveness, for private initiatives, public bodies, research centers and entrepreneurs.

The program supports innovation projects from companies, organizations and institutions, as well as individuals with entrepreneurial proposals; whether these are private initiatives or have a social focus.

Applicants accepted into the program are not guaranteed a living stipend from the National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies. The awarding of a stipend will be subject to availability and the criteria established by CONAHCYT in the respective calls for applications.

Admission Requirements

In addition to those stipulated by current university regulations, the following are required: 
  • Bachelor's degree or graduation certificate and proof of completion of undergraduate social service. 
  • Original birth certificate.
  • Curriculum vitae.
  • Letter of intent explaining the reasons for taking the program.
  • Demonstrate a minimum average of eighty with an original certificate or equivalent document from previous studies, as applicable.
  • Fill out the preliminary project registration form.
  • Take and pass a general knowledge and skills exam.
  • Submit the English exam or prove language proficiency through a valid TOEFL certificate.
  • Conduct an interview with members of the academic board.
  • Submit your project portfolio according to the program format.
  • Other requirements established by current regulations and the corresponding call for applications.
