The Interinstitutional Master's Degree in Protected Agriculture is the result of collaboration between the University of Guadalajara, the University of Colima, the Michoacana University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, the Autonomous University of Nayarit and the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. Through inter-institutional work, the aim is to combine the academic and administrative strengths of each institution, to offer a quality master's program that allows training competent professionals in diagnosis, climate, water and nutrient management, innovation and planning, who act in strengthening the development of production systems for vegetables, strawberries, ornamental crops and nurseries in protected environments.

Admission Requirements

400+
  • Bachelor's degree in science related to agricultural production or related program, showing knowledge of agriculture in its curriculum.
  • Statement of reasons letter.
  • Full time availability. To do this, you must present a document that proves your commitment to dedicate full time to your master's studies;
  • Provision for mobility and academic stays.
  • English language. Minimum score of 400 points in the TOEFL, or its equivalent, being able to meet this requirement within a period of 6 months after entering the postgraduate course.
  • Two letters of academic recommendation, which may be from professors with whom the applicant has completed undergraduate studies.
  • Minimum score of 900 in the EXANI III of the CENEVAL.
  • Letter of institutional support. If the applicant works for any public or private institution or organization, he must submit a letter where his employer agrees to provide support for the candidate to complete his master's studies dedicating full time to it.
  • In addition to the above, the applicant must meet the requirements requested in each participating educational institution.
  • Those additional ones that the call establishes.
