Knowledge
- The applicant for the PhD in Information Technologies must have knowledge in at least one programming language, in techniques for data analysis and use of mathematics.
- The applicant must have already completed the credits for a master's degree or equivalent and hold a master's degree related to the IT field.
Skills
The academic profile expects the student to have analytical and synthesis skills, logical reasoning and mental abstraction, and oral and written communication skills (in Spanish and English) that link theoretical knowledge with practice.
Attitudes and values
In addition to the academic profile, the student is required to have an ethical commitment, both social and individual, as well as a discipline of hard and constant work, a willingness to work in a team and additionally a special taste for activities based on scientific knowledge, for the realization of original research projects that impact the field of science and technology.
