The Master's Degree in Administration and Regional Management is an academic program with orientations in agribusiness, small and medium-sized enterprises, marketing and human resources, attached to the Department of Administrative Sciences of the Division of Social and Economic Studies of the University Center of the South Coast, to operate under the credit system in the semi-school modality with a professional character, whose curriculum consists of a preparatory course and four semesters.
It seeks to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, abilities, and capacities essential for problem analysis, evaluation of alternative courses of action, initiative in decision-making processes, and strategic thinking to integrate and define the direction of organizations with a future-oriented vision, emphasizing the development of creative and research capabilities that raise their professional level, accelerate their professional development, and comprehensively strengthen organizations, responding to the prevailing needs of an environment characterized by competitive turbulence, with a sense of responsibility, respect for difference, solidarity, and honesty, promoting the rational use of natural resources in order to achieve sustainable development.
The postgraduate program is aimed at professionals interested in participating in the study and analysis of cutting-edge methods and procedures that strengthen their professional skills and increase their ability to generate and apply knowledge in the disciplines of administration; including those professionals whose original training was not in administration, but who require knowledge and skills that allow them to optimize resources, both human and economic, and make the companies they manage entities with vision and innovative and entrepreneurial ideas in an increasingly global market.
The Master's Program in Regional Administration and Management seeks to adapt to current conditions, both in the southern coastal region and in the state and the country, assuming at the network level a dynamic institutional response to the demands of generating and applying cutting-edge knowledge in the field of administration and management of regional development and integration, as well as satisfying the requirements of companies, educational institutions, public bodies, and in general, improving the quality of professionals.
Key points include academic relevance, flexibility in a credit system, tutoring as support for high performance, active participation of collegiate bodies, and optimal use of infrastructure and equipment.
"Applicants accepted into the postgraduate program are not guaranteed access to a maintenance scholarship; the allocation will be subject to availability and the criteria established by SECIHTI in the respective calls for applications."

Admission Requirements
In addition to those established by current university regulations, the following are required:
- Take the entrance exam.
- Interview with the Academic Board.
- Pass the preparatory course.
- Presentation of a letter of motivation.
- Two academic letters of recommendation.
- Letter of commitment to the program.
- Knowledge of the English language (comprehension and reading of texts) which will be accredited by proof of the 4th level of PROULEX or its equivalent in TOEFL or other similar programs.
