The professional with a Master's degree in Fiscal Studies must develop the ability to advise individuals or legal entities, to fairly and promptly support any contribution that falls under the taxable event, and will therefore be trained with attitudes, skills and values that demonstrate and promote the importance of tax application in accordance with Mexican tax laws in this postgraduate program.
Taxation is one of the instruments the State uses to obtain revenue and thus promote economic development in the country. Through taxes, taxpayers who fall under the taxable category are obligated to contribute to public spending in a proportional and equitable manner, or, if applicable, are subject to taxation. The revenue collected by the government authority at any level is necessary to carry out and meet the requirements of the expenditure budget.
