Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in history or a related field: a diploma or examination record is required. In addition, an official certificate indicating a minimum grade point average of 80 out of 100 must be submitted.
- Curriculum vitae with supporting documents (in the order in which the information is written in the curriculum ). In hard copy and digital format (it will be a single pdf).
- Applicant data form (download document online).
- Statement of reasons for entering this postgraduate program (2 to 3 pages).
- Two academic letters of recommendation (download document online).
- Research proposal for the development of the master's thesis (delimitation of the topic, definition of the problem, hypothesis, research questions, objectives, theoretical and methodological outline, primary sources and basic bibliography) in accordance with the research lines of the program.
- Copy of publications and, where applicable, a copy of the thesis.
- Recent certificate of good health issued by a public medical institution.
- Proof of proficiency in a second language, level B1. Only certificates from accredited institutions that validate the requested level will be accepted.
- Letter of commitment to exclusive dedication (full time) to the program.
- Original Birth Certificate.
- Copy of INE or passport.
- Copy of the CURP (national applicants).
- Foreign applicants. Upon admission, they will be required to submit documents proving their legal status in the country, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.They must also submit copies of their immigration documents and study permit, as well as proof of Spanish language proficiency.
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
