- Bachelor of Music (Performance) . Applicants for the Bachelor of Music with a performance focus must possess exceptional intonation and a superior sense of sensitivity, as works written for performers at this level demand a deeper understanding and interpretation of musical phrases. They should be aware of the value of pursuing this degree and be willing to share their knowledge when asked.
- Bachelor of Music (Vocal Performance). Applicants for the Bachelor of Music with a specialization in vocal performance must possess exceptional intonation and a superior sense of sensitivity, as the works written for singers at this level demand a greater understanding and interpretation of musical phrases. They should be aware of the value of pursuing this degree and be willing to share their knowledge when asked.
- Bachelor of Music (Choral Conducting) . Applicants for the Bachelor of Music degree with a specialization in choral conducting should ideally have an interest in formal music and the arts in general. They must demonstrate prior aptitude for concentration, retention and memory, accuracy and speed of response, abstract reasoning, organizational skills, and dedication to others. They must cultivate a genuine awareness and respect for cultural heritage and others, valuing the structures of musical culture in terms of genres, areas, forms, and styles, and applying musical language and aesthetic concepts within their context.
- Bachelor of Music (Music Pedagogy). Applicants for the Bachelor of Music with a specialization in Music Pedagogy should demonstrate an interest in the arts and literature, formal music, and teaching methods. They should possess strong communication skills, including fluency in symbols and abstract relationships, vocabulary and general language comprehension, auditory-motor coordination, focused attention, organizational skills, adaptability, reflective and analytical abilities, and a solid foundation in musical aptitude. Furthermore, they should demonstrate sociability, awareness and respect for cultural heritage, and a strong vocation for teaching, as well as a genuine desire to share and transmit their knowledge with patience, tolerance, and persistence to satisfy the learning needs of those who seek it.
- Bachelor of Music (Composition). Applicants to the Bachelor of Music program with a specialization in composition should have artistic and humanistic interests, musical preferences, and an affinity for formal music techniques. They should demonstrate reasoning skills, creativity, command of musical language, written expression, and mastery of symbolic organization and aesthetics. They should also possess an attitude of respect and an appreciation for the structures of musical culture in terms of genres, areas, forms, and styles.
