The Interuniversity Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Financial and Tax Law is a joint Official Master's Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and the UDIMA. The special educational value of Financial and Tax Law means that its teaching and research are not justified solely for practical or professional reasons, given the numerous problems posed by the constant changeability of financial legislation, the particular perspective of presenting institutions and figures legal in the financial field and the increasing complexity of the Spanish tax system in the face of the demands of economic globalization. Its design responds to the necessary deepening of research and practical orientation on the whole of the Spanish and comparative tax system, as well as on other tax institutions, given the growing demand for specialists in the tax area.

Admission Requirements

If you come from an EU country you must have a bachelor's degree from a Spanish university, or from a university in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

If you are a graduate from outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) you can access the university without the need to officially certify your degree, once the UCM has verified that your level of studies is equivalent to a bachelor's degree at a university in Spain. Access via this route does not in any case imply the official certification of your degree prior to starting your Masters course.
