The Double Degree in Economics - Mathematics and Statistics allows for quality training in a field of great social and academic relevance, obtaining students a differentiated and unique profile through which they will be able to function with a wealth of ideas and resources. Economics studies, which have a long tradition within the Complutense University, are historically and academically consolidated and supported by extensive and growing research activity, generating theories and models transferable to the field of organizational management. In this line, the importance of mathematics as a fundamental element in the conception and development of these theories and models is clear. The development of mathematics continues to nourish many fields of human activity with new ideas and, in turn, enriches itself with all the challenges they pose. On the other hand, statistics constitute, without a doubt, a tool of the first magnitude in the resolution of problems in very different spheres of economic, business and administrative activity. The double degree deals with the study of Economics, Mathematics and Statistics from an appropriate scientific and academic point of view.
