The Double Degree in Law - Labor Relations and Human Resources is offered by Faculty of Law. The central objective of the Law Degree studies is to train comprehensive jurists, with the ability to lead the development of projects in any of the disciplines that make up this branch of knowledge, as well as to efficiently adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. Hence, the curriculum provides students with the general structure and fundamental concepts of the different areas of Law and, on this basis, allows them, first of all, to identify, analyze and solve legal situations and problems. and, secondly, to autonomously continue the training update required by the constant changes experienced in the legal environment. Likewise, this Title will allow students to begin their specialization in any of the various branches of Law. Degree in RRLL and RRHH: The title of Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources by the Complutense University of Madrid has as its general objective that of providing comprehensive quality training for professional practice in the field of employment, labor relations and management. of human resources. Specifically, the degree focuses on the acquisition of general legal training, especially labor law, as well as sociological, organizational, historical and psychological training aimed at preparing for the exercise of professional activities, such as legal advice- employment, direction and management of human resources, mediation and labor guidance, among others.
