The Master's Degree in Teacher Training for ESO and Baccalaureate Teacher Training, FP and Language Teaching is aimed at all Graduates, Architects, Engineers and Graduates who wish to teach in Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training or Language Teaching. It is an official master's degree that has been approved by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), meeting all the standards of the Verifica program. The master was introduced in the 2009-2010 academic year and since then it has been offered annually for each of the specialties. The duration is one year and consists of 60 credits, structured in three modules. The generic module is common to all the specialties of the master, and its objective is to provide future teachers of Secondary and Baccalaureate Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, with the knowledge of a psycho-pedagogical nature that they will need in their future profession. It comprises three subjects:
- Learning and personality development (4 ECTS).
- Educational processes and contexts (4 ECTS).
- Society, family and education (4 ECTS).

Admission Requirements
If you come from an EU country you must have a bachelor's degree from a Spanish university, or from a university in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
If you are a graduate from outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) you can access the university without the need to officially certify your degree, once the UCM has verified that your level of studies is equivalent to a bachelor's degree at a university in Spain. Access via this route does not in any case imply the official certification of your degree prior to starting your Masters course.
