The Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Labor and Employment aims to train professionals and social scientists specialized in labor relations, labor and employment. It offers an interdisciplinary and global approach to the world of work in order to provide students with the necessary skills to investigate and intervene in the field of work, employment and contemporary organizations. The master's is aimed at students primarily from the Social Sciences, with the following degrees (bachelor's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent) being considered priority routes of access: Sociology, Work Sciences, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Political Sciences, Social Anthropology, International Relations, Management and Public Administration, Social Work, Economic and Business Sciences, Psychology, at any of the Universities of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) or foreign that accredit equivalent studies.

Admission Requirements

If you come from an EU country you must have a bachelor's degree from a Spanish university, or from a university in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). 

If you are a graduate from outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) you can access the university without the need to officially certify your degree, once the UCM has verified that your level of studies is equivalent to a bachelor's degree at a university in Spain. Access via this route does not in any case imply the official certification of your degree prior to starting your Masters course.
