The Degree in Dentistry is taught at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Complutense University of Madrid since the 2009-2010 academic year. It belongs to the branch of knowledge Health Sciences. The studies of the Degree in Dentistry enable to practice the profession of dentist and are designed to train a professional with adequate knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences, trained to serve society by satisfying its health demands, both in its preventive aspect , such as diagnosis and treatment, in an ethical, efficient and safe manner.
