The objective of the Master's Degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development: Cooperation in a Changing World is to prepare students with or without professional experience in the field of development and with different backgrounds -from History or Communication to Architecture or Agronomic Engineering- to carry out their work in said field of development. In this sense, the offer is aimed primarily at covering the maximum number of areas that are at stake in development strategies and projects (gender issues, the challenges of access to basic services, the role of institutions or that of networks and alliances in development processes), so that this development approach can complement the previous training of students. In the first semester, we offer students a description of the development system (The cooperation system: actors, instruments and policies) as well as the theoretical and conceptual basis of the main development challenges and solutions (Introduction to development theory , Policies to promote gender equality, Methodology in the aid cycle, Networks and alliances for development, Environmental sustainability). The second semester is divided into two itineraries of Policies or Technologies so that students can choose their profile, which, in addition, they will complement with elective subjects (of scientific or social content) from a bank of a dozen subjects.
