A more thoughtful reflection, the result of 25 years of teaching experience in the Degree in Design in the Fine Arts Degree at the Complutense University of Madrid, which has led to the teaching of three different subjects: graphic design, set design and object design., has led to the determination of the specific objectives of the center that are listed below:
- Train professionals who master in depth the conditions required for the creation of graphic, three-dimensional and scenic products from their conception to their final realization.
- Train professionals who can compete in training and professional capacity in the international market with graduates of European centers whose studies have been considered corresponding or related.
- Train professionals whose training meets the requirements and conforms to the recommendations made by international professional associations, so that they can be accepted in those associations as full members.
- Train professionals capable of performing successfully in the labor market in accordance with the demands of the profession, integrating themselves into the work level that corresponds to them.
- Promote the labor integration of graduates by providing them with recognition of the training received and that is required of them to exercise the profession in the labor market.
- Allow the incorporation of the Spanish higher education system to the international trend of design research.

Admission Requirements
To be admitted to this degree, you must meet the requirements for access to the University contemplated by current regulations: selectivity, International Baccalaureates, Validation agreements, access for people over 25 years of age, over 40 years of age, etc. You have all the details on the University Admissions page: ucm.es
In the case of non-native Spanish speakers, according to the Agreement of the Governing Council of January 29, 2019 (BOUC of February 7, 2019), which approves the Spanish language requirements for admission to Degree and Master's degree and linguistic/language skills, all students from non-Spanish-speaking countries or educational systems must prove a knowledge of Spanish according to the CEFR level B2, at the time of submitting the application for admission to the Degree.
