This Master's Degree in Audiovisual Communication for the Digital Age is based on the knowledge accumulated by the audiovisual communication sciences to adapt it to all the changes and new processes that communication -through digital media and networks- is advancing for the entirely digital future. And all this, finally, to contribute to the wealth of scientific knowledge on Audiovisual Communication in the Digital Age. This master's is intended to offer a benchmark for academic-scientific study that, applied to empirical reality, acts as a catalyst for science and its application to audiovisual communication. It is an academically oriented master's degree capable of attracting high-level academics and researchers from other national and international universities, to complement and enrich the teaching content and to train students in a plane of scientific solidity and practical rigor. Given the importance and social and economic relevance of Audiovisual Communication, in the classic media and in digital environments, knowledge and the repercussion of these technologies for the defense of human and constitutional rights will be promoted in the master's degree.

Admission Requirements
If you come from an EU country you must have a bachelor's degree from a Spanish university, or from a university in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
If you are a graduate from outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) you can access the university without the need to officially certify your degree, once the UCM has verified that your level of studies is equivalent to a bachelor's degree at a university in Spain. Access via this route does not in any case imply the official certification of your degree prior to starting your Masters course.
