Financial services, banking and insurance, constitute the core of the financial and insurance system, are vital for the efficient functioning of the economy of any developed country, and are subject to permanent evolution influenced by both technological innovation and new organizational developments such as coverage of the new financial needs of the economy. This Degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance is taught at the Complutense University of Madrid, which has been teaching Economics and Business studies since 1971. Therefore, the body of specific knowledge is historically and academically consolidated and supported by extensive and growing research activity, generating theories and models transferable to the field of organizational management. Admission Requirements

In the case of non-native Spanish speakers, according to the Agreement of the Governing Council of January 29, 2019 (BOUC of February 7, 2019), which approves the Spanish language requirements for admission to Degree and Master's degree and linguistic/language skills, all students from non-Spanish-speaking countries or educational systems must prove a knowledge of Spanish according to the CEFR level B2, at the time of submitting the application for admission to the Degree.
